We do not collect your device’s GPS location — the birth city is text you type. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
You can use NYRA as a guest (no account), or create an account with email & password or Google / Apple sign‑in (OAuth).
We never sell your personal data.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account (or ask us to), your personal data is permanently deleted and purged from backups within 30 days. Security logs are kept up to 90 days. See Delete Your Data.
You may request to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. An EU representative under GDPR Article 27 is available on request.
NYRA is not directed at children. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
Data may be processed on servers outside your country, with appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
